Babies are free until four years old, we can provide upon request a crib, a high chair and a portable bath.

Between 4 and 16 years old, the cost are 30 Euros per person and per day. The use of the mezzanine is only allowed for children aged six and up.

All linen, towels and bathrobe are provided.

Yes, indeed, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the kotas.

Unfortunately dogs are not permitted to stay at Kota Lake.

Your hosts are more than happy to welcome you to their little paradise “in the middle of nowhere”.
Marine and David, created this love nest from scratch.

After working for over 15 years in larger hotels around the world, Marine wanted to settle down and create an establishment with a unique touch. She speaks six languages and is always grateful to discover new cultures.

Lapland is a two-year project until finally the perfect spot was found. This is a project which she shared with David, her beloved carpenter. After building houses in France, David is putting all his knowledge in terms of building to have the most comfortable and well-built kotas.

They both can’t wait to welcome their first guests starting 1st of December 2026.
